Medicine Boxes ($400) Completed box valued at about $2,500.

Collect a kit of the 8 over-the-counter drugs listed below and add a gift of $350 and I.M.A (Interchurch Medical Assistance) will add donated medicines and prescription drugs to produce a medicine box worth about $2,500.  I.M.A has been a Festival of Sharing project agency for many years.  These drugs are badly needed in the areas devastated by the Tsunami.

1.  Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid)—325 mg (5 gr) tablets:  1000 tablets*.  Examples:  Bayer, Rite-Aid, Equate.
2.  Ferrous Sulfate---325 mg tablets (65 mg. iron): 500 tablets*.
3.  Children’s Multivitamins with iron---Chewable tablets: 500 tablets*.  Examples:  Flintstones Plus Iron, Centrum
     Kids Complete.
4.  Adult Multivitamins with iron---500 tablets*.  Examples: Theragran-M, Nature Made Therapeutic-M.
5.  Children’s Acetaminophen---80 mg chewable tablets: 300 tablets (usually available in bottles of 30 tablets only).
      Example: Children’s Tylenol.
6.  Triple Antibiotic Topical Ointment---1/2 oz. tubes: 4 tubes.  Examples: Neosporin Ointment.
7.   Sterile gauze pads---4 x 4 pad: 50 pads.  Examples:  Johnson & Johnson, Curity.
8.   First Aid Adhesive Tape---1/2” or 1”x 10 yds. or more: 6 rolls.  Examples:  Johnson & Johnson, Curity.

  *Tablets must be purchased in bottles of 100 or more.  No samples are permitted.
--Products must be new products with expiration dates of 18 months or longer.  Send only complete kits.  Pack the products in a box, and label the box, "I.M.A. Medicine Kit Enclosed" to avoid confusion with heath kits.
